Information we collect

Contact and order details you submit: name, address, phone, email (if provided), tank size, requested gallons, delivery instructions, how you heard about us, and whether you choose automatic delivery.
Payment processing: for card payments, our processor NMI collects card details and may store your card in its secure PCI-DSS compliant vault to enable charges. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain non-sensitive tokens only.
Technical and usage data: basic logs and analytics (such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.

How we use information

To schedule and deliver heating oil, confirm orders, and communicate with you about your deliveries, safety issues, and account-related matters.
To process payments through NMI using secure tokens returned by NMI’s vault.
If you enroll in automatic delivery, to schedule future deliveries and charge your stored payment method as described in our Terms of Service.
To improve operations, monitor site performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Processors: NMI (payments). These providers act on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our services are intended for residential and commercial customers who are homeowners, renters, or authorized property representatives age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
