Payment processing: NMI may store your card in its secure vault to enable charges. We do not store card numbers; we retain tokens only.

How we use information

To schedule and deliver heating oil, confirm orders, and communicate with you.
To process payments through NMI using secure tokens returned by NMI’s vault.
To improve operations, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Processors: NMI (payments), EmailJS (notifications you request). These providers act on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Order records are retained as required for operations, accounting, and legal compliance. Messages sent through the site may be retained to support your service history.
